Nūr means light. I'm not here to cover your face — I'm here to bring forward the light that's already in it.

Maison Nūr is a Minnesota makeup studio for brides, nikkahs, graduations and every celebration in between. The work is soft and skin-first: prepped, luminous complexions, gentle definition, and colour chosen for you rather than for the trend.

Every appointment begins with a conversation — how you want to feel, what you'll wear, how long the day will run — and the look is built around that, slowly, so it still feels like you in the last photo of the night.

Booking

01How far in advance should I book?

Wedding and nikkah season fills quickly — book as soon as you have your date. Graduation dates go fast in spring.

02Do you offer trials?

Yes — trials are recommended for bridal and nikkah clients so we can perfect your look together.

03How do I secure my date?

Fill out the intake form, confirm your quote, and pay a deposit to hold your date.

04Do you travel?

Yes, I come to you across Minnesota. A travel fee may apply depending on distance.

Your look & skin

05I don't usually wear much makeup — will it feel like too much?

Not unless you want it to. We start from how you want to feel and build slowly; you can see and adjust everything as we go. Many clients ask for "me, but rested and glowing".

06I have sensitive skin, acne or texture — can you still do my makeup?

Yes. Tell me about your skin on the intake form and I'll prep and choose products around it. Skin first, always.

07Can I bring inspiration photos?

Please do — screenshots, Pinterest boards, even a look you didn't like. It helps us get your look right.

08Are lashes included?

Lashes are included in bridal and nikkah services and can be added to any other booking.
